1. Acceptance and eligibility
These terms govern access to and use of cheerzvodka.com, operated for Cheerz Vodka by Northern Lights Distillery. By using this website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
This website contains alcohol-related content and is intended only for people who have reached the legal drinking age in their province, state, country, or other jurisdiction. Do not access this website where alcohol-related content is prohibited by local law.
2. Website purpose and availability
This website currently provides brand, product, and launch-notification information for Cheerz Vodka. It does not sell alcohol directly, and no purchase can be made through this website. Product availability, packaging, retail locations, and other content may change without notice as Cheerz Vodka moves from pre-launch to retail availability.
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of this website at any time, including switching between a pre-launch and a full site experience. We do not guarantee the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
3. Responsible use
Alcohol should be consumed only by people of legal drinking age, and always responsibly. See our Responsibility Statement for guidance. Never drink and drive.
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to bypass security, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website’s operation, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, misrepresent your identity, or use the website to violate the rights of another person.
4. Intellectual property
The Cheerz name, “Raised Right Here.” slogan, logos, bottle and label designs, website design, text, graphics, and photography are owned by or licensed to Northern Lights Distillery. Cheerz is the subject of a pending trademark application with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (Application No. 2468505) and has not yet been registered.
You may view this website and share links to its publicly available pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, license, republish, remove ownership notices from, or commercially exploit content from this website without prior written permission.
5. Product representations
We work to keep product descriptions and imagery accurate. Screen settings, packaging updates, and production variations may affect appearance. Website content is illustrative and does not replace the label or information on the physical product once available.
6. Forms and submissions
If you submit your email address to be notified at launch, or submit any other information through a form on this website, you agree that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant us a limited right to store and use the submission to respond to you, send the communications you signed up for, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party sites and services
Links to retailers, social platforms, or other third parties, where present, are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimers and liability
This website and its content are provided on an as-is, as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northern Lights Distillery and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Saskatchewan unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
